When: 4-13-18 The Cass County Health Department will be here on Friday, 4-13-18. They will be providing immunizations to the current 7th and 11th grade students. These students require immunizations prior to the 2018-19 school year. Eighth grade students will require tdap and meningococcal #1 immunizations and the 12th grade students will require the meningococcal #2 immunization. Please see the letter from the health department along with the consent form. Consent forms need to be returned to the school nurse no later than 4-11-18 to ensure immunizations are available to your student. Please contact Darrah Munter RN if you have any questions at 816-657-4715. Please provide updated immunization copies to the school nurse.
